Poster Concepts for my local area, using start bold colours just cant get the Type right. So indecisive.

five hours poster, however the colour seems really familiar can someone tell me if the colour makes this look like something else so i can change it, I AIN’t NO THIEF!

A2 poster “I can stand the heat.”

we were set the task of creating 100 “I believes……” then choosing one and type-setting it in helvetica on a4 32pt. then blowing them up to a2. I tore and crumpled the paper to give it an interesting effect. The poster is a play on the phrase “If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen” it regards a change of attitude towards the graphic design course, during the same period in my first year I felt self conscious about my skills and talent, however now i feel confident in my future in graphic design

Got the Prints back today, not as bad as I expected but still some minor problems. Now I have ten to unload on friends and family, but now I have to return some video tapes.

after watching HELVETICA i decided to use the type for my cv I was putting together for a job application.  i tried to make it look real clean, crisp & swiss.
